Warranty by the Parties

As per the license, the goods that are to be delivered should resemble the description mentioned by the seller on the website, or if there are any changes, then the prior approval of the buyer is required or else proper information to be provided to the buyer, and if the same is unacceptable the same will be respected, and return of the same will be initiated.

Price, Payment and Delivery

Pricing of the goods shall be specified similarly as given in the seller's current list price on the website, inclusive of all applicable taxes, and will be delivered to the address registered by the user on the website within 24 to 72 hours from the time of the orders that are successfully placed (subject to availability).
Users have an option for payment of order value by cash on delivery in case of home delivery orders.
The Risk and Rewards are transferred to the Buyer of the goods when the Invoice is prepared by the Seller in the POS System.
The seller may decline to send any orders if the customer is found suspended for any reason.

Force Majeure

Dispute Resolution –

In case of any kind of dispute arises out of the extant usage of the Company Website or offline store, in that case, both the parties agree to amicably resolve the issue first. In case the same is not resolved mutually, then the parties shall invoke the provisions as mentioned under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act. An arbitrator shall be appointed by the written consent of both the parties. The venue for arbitration would be Jaipur, and the language of the Arbitration would be English. The Arbitral award so passed shall be binding to both the parties and shall be executable before the competent court within the jurisdiction.

Pariworld Homedecor Pvt. Ltd., uses a wide range of chemicals for its gardening products, such as fertilizers, pesticides, weed killers and insecticides that contain harmful chemicals and shall be disposed of in a correct method. We strictly put this to your notice that these chemicals should not be used for food, feed, oil or any other personal, experimental purposes which otherwise may introduce hazardous elements in the environment or water supply.

Please do not pour these hazardous chemicals in sewage drains or sinks, and do not dispose of them normally. Instead, please take them to your local recycling centre so they can dispose of them in an appropriate manner.

Pariworld Homedecor Pvt. Ltd., does not take any responsibility if the containers or the chemical contents are put to other uses that could harm individuals or people. You can also take steps to avoid chemical fertilizers and other matters to improvise your garden. The best alternative is to use organic matter that supports the natural ecosystem and does not contain chemicals to disturb nature. You can use waste organic materials such as food waste and dry leaves such as mulch and wood to support the Green Earth.

Once again, we are not responsible for any accident that may cause health injuries to humans or other living beings due to inappropriate handling or misusing other than using in the garden or disposing of the containers anywhere that could contaminate the environment or water supply.
