Are there any shipping charges on orders?
During checkout, you will be informed about the shipping charges. If your order exceeds Rs. 499, you will be eligible for free shipping.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 working days from our warehouse from the date on which the order has been placed. Orders are usually delivered within 2-7 business days from the time the order is placed. You will be provided with a tracking number when your order is packed and ready to ship.
What is the return policy on plants?
We have no return policy. We package and ship plants in an extremely careful manner so that they won’t be harmed during the shipping process. Pariworld® doesn’t accept plant returns because most plants cannot handle the stress which comes from getting shipped twice. However, we assure you that every plant you receive from us will be in excellent condition.
You need to consider that the plants you receive might look a little dull because of transit stress. A little bit of sunshine, water, and care would make them freshen up again.
What is the replacement policy in case the plant sapling is damaged?
If you have received a damaged plant sapling (excluding the damage to the other supporting products such as the pot, the soil used, etc.), you can write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org along with the pictures of the damaged product within 24 hours from the date of delivery for replacement of the sapling.
Once the details have been verified, you will be informed via mail regarding the acceptance of your replacement request. We will then send you the same type of sapling as a replacement, this replacement does not include a new pot,soil, etc. In case the sapling is currently out of stock, we will deliver it to you when it becomes available again.
If the pot is damaged during transit, please inform us at email@example.com promptly to arrange for a replacement.
Return & Replacement for Non-plant products: Can you return non-plant products?
Yes. If you get a damaged non-plant item, we'll provide a refund or a replacement for unopened or unused products within 7 days of purchase. Please contact our customer support team to initiate the process. We strive to carefully select top-quality products that support and enhance your plant life and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
