Shipping and Return Policy
Pariworld makes sure that only quality products in good packaging reach our customers in a pristine condition. We work only with reputed courier partners who have a proven track record of safe and timely delivery.
When will your products reach you?
All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 working days from our warehouse. Most orders are delivered within 2-7 business days from the time the order is placed. You will be provided with a tracking number when your order is packed and ready to ship.
What is the return policy on plants? No returns.
We package and ship plants in an extremely careful manner so that they won’t be harmed during the shipping process.
Pariworld doesn’t accept plant returns because most plants cannot handle the stress which comes from getting shipped twice.
Please take note that the plants you receive might look a little dull because of transit stress. A little bit of sunshine, water, and care would make them freshen up again.

Can you return or replace non-plant products? Yes.
If you received any non-plant product in a damaged or malfunctioning state, you can get them replaced within 7 days from the date of purchase.
